    Agree Albeast, the constant negative comments by several on the stock is not helpful. If they don't want DL and co to get options then vote against those resolutions at the EGM. No doubt however that the Chair is confident of having the numbers to support putting himself through this again so soon after being knocked back. A few out of the money options is not going to make any difference to the share price
