YES on resolution 1 - though I'd much rather it be for 100% of the shares in LLL.

No Debt Mike wants to exclude the last massive cap raise from the 15% rule on CRs. - and writes it up under provision of employee award program.
If you believe it is just for that purpose I've got a bridge to sell you.
Throw in "up to" $100 million on the LLL CR.
'No Debt' is relentless in destroying the register. VOTE NO on Resolution 2, but also PLEASE VOTE NO on remuneration at the AGM. This bloke needs a swift kick in the rear, though I'd prefer it was in the front tbh.
I'm also voting NO on Resolution 5 which is surely a pisstake. FFX gold has been cash negative in a massive way this last 12 months but they want a 30% pay rise? GAGF ! Come back to us next year when the company is making $50 million net profit and we can talk about it then.
