Great to see that the demerger is finally ready to go.
There is a lot to read/unpack however the following is what I take from a quick first glance (happy to be corrected).
- 1x LLL share for every 1.4x FFX shares held, record date the 6th of June
- LLL entitlement offer, 1x LLL available for every 10.33 FFX held, record date 5th May
- Example of currently owning 100,000 FFX:
o Eligible to purchase 9,681 LLL shares in the CR at ~$0.70 per share
o Demerger will provide you with 71,422 LLL shares
