I am new to this, so apologies. Just asking a question to clarify for my voting purposes (and to check my understanding)
regarding resolution 4; if voting for this resolution - they can do a further raise of up to 15% capacity based upon the current SOI/MC.
If voting against - the previously issued shares form part of 15% allowed based upon current SOI/MC and therefore they can issue less shares (without shareholder approval); although if they wished to issue >15% they would need to seek shareholder approval.
In the above situation, why would any shareholder wish to vote for such a resolution? By voting against wouldn't more information need to be provided to the shareholders & therefore better transparency? Or have I misunderstood the purpose of such a resolution?
