Hi @horizon3, no they just want to get shareholders to formally agree to the 864k shares issued as part of the cost to acquire the other 20%.
If shareholders don’t ratify it for some reason (I’m sure they will) it just means the company’s 15% automatic placement limit is eroded by that number of shares. If it gets ratified, they have the full 15% to work with. That’s what the other 3 resolutions are about as well.
Also, for the first time there is proper colour on why Galan advertised 100% ownership, but still had amounts due: there were outstanding milestone payments. All makes sense now.
