I'm not sure, there's formal announcements stating GLEN's DD 'continues to progress, site visit completed' so unless Glencore have stated we're happy we're just not announcing it until after you've nicked some more cheap shares then the directors have done nothing wrong. DD continues when it's done and Glencore tell us if they're happy or not we'll release it straight away.
We might all be shitting ourselves that the DD is going to fall through and GC will pull out but I don't see how if it gets announced that it's all rosy in a few weeks anyone can be accused of insider trading.
