Richard Homsany, the Chairman, is not participating? Who is this Richard anyway? He sits in the board of a bunch of smallish companies like Redstone Resources, Brookside Energy, Toro Uranium and Mega Uranium, and some of those are related to each other, e.g. Toro and Mega. Honestly, I don't know what's his value-add versus the rest like DJ and Claudia who are clearly lithium brine veterans, not to mention Richard had a hand in Galan's acquisition of Redstone, a deal which i really don't like.
