Ganfeng create a JV with GLN. GLN 51% and manage the project.
470m ORD shares on issue. Offer $110m AUD for 49% values GLN around the last raise price and fully funded stage 1 at least.
GF will not over pay and who can blame them.
If they want deals on locking in Offtakes for stages 2 onwards they commit to debt funding on top of the above.
Simon Hay would make the perfect MD choice.
Dealt with GF, knows how to work a JV. Prior experience with the Solar through GXY when putting together the SDV plan prior to ORE Merger.
Delivered Goulamina 90% under extremely difficult circumstances.
