But isn't this some form of questionable insider buying in this case? If directors buy shares knowing a major deal is coming, I think it is much more likely that we have to go through a long valley with additional CRs, and directors want to support "their baby", general sentiment and underpin new CRs. Unfortunately, more short-term pain is expected (which is okay for me, as I'm here for the long run). GLTAH!
