If they stop development the SP will be obliterated - I understand people don't want to be diluted, but I don't think the outcome would be better. SP is not going back to 60 cents unless the market is confident that the Phase 1 project is going to be delivered. If they stop development they will be doing CR next year sub 5 cents just to keep it in care and maintenance.
