The current Board of the company is attempting to block the return of the founder and 43% shareholder, who handed over operational responsibilities earlier this year and stepped down as a director.

Their actions are causing completely unnecessary costs for the company, as the outcome of this EGM is clear.
These avoidable expenses for legal fees and holding an EGM should be deducted from the directors' remuneration instead of being charged to the shareholders.
