I think that anyone who believes that a 43% shareholder should not be represented on the board doesn't understand business. Its far better to air grievances at the table rather than in public. The fiduciary duty is pretty powerful. Plus this company looks like it could drop into the trading whilst insolvent at any moment - better to have him at the table than throwing rocks. Remember he cannot stop the board as he would be only one vote on the board.

Now I understand - I fear that this is now a company fighting around the table. I wonder if the Auditor wont insist on the intangibles being written down if the dont have maintenance of the apps for HC.
