I will vote against the 10% ,
But I believe Geoff is worthy of holding a seat on the board , I believe that he has been very honest and open with shareholders but has been brought unstuck by our minnow status ( which has now changed with the Diasource aquisition , which Geoff was instrumental in completing ) .
As a minnow we were used and promised by large companies ,bit like the HOT and POC1 - then screwed at the last hurdle , not things in his control - without selling our soul !
This purchase which Geoff has overseen , has given us significant revenues and the ability to develop new revenue streams - with out ever having to bend over to the Large end of town again .
