The votes are for exercising the option agreement in 12 months on MT and Pocitos and shareholder approval for the formal farm in agreement which they expect to be finalised this month. This does not stop work progressing on the 2 projects.
This is a very interesting read to add to an already interesting week. We've had a new website, DD finalised on Rincon and now the notes expire finally.
A few bits from this announcement i found positive
Confirming there is no upcoming CR regarding the Ekeko deal.....
Although it clearly stated in the midweek announcement that Rincon was "currently" 75Ha i don't think many people on hot copper understood what that meant so they have made it clear today.....
Indicative dates suggesting that they expect the Rincon deal formalised in the next 2 weeks and the Pocitos/Mina Teresa permits issued in the next two weeks (12 months before the option is exercised in 2017 and these are just indicative dates so could be delayed)......
And probably the most important one for shareholders....
