Good post GC.
I think it's important that all AGY investors read these DOCS from top to bottom as there is some VERY important info in them that's NEW.

I just wish this info would also be put in it's OWN separate release that's a bit more shiner and pretty.
Sadly, some investors and posters here are lazy and just skim through these DOCS.

This info and the update info would be great to see in a presentation by a broker.

The 2 big points for my are:

-this 75Ha COULD become 500 or 2000Ha real quick. I truly do believe everyone is under estimating Mr. Alurrald & Dr.Sorentino reputation and reach in these areas. Deals a plenty could be coming soon, just for the chance to be involve with these 2 guys and AGY's assets.

-CR that everyone keeps taking about...Again...I think if we get to JORC it will be mute. However, once we ok the last one. They can automatically do another one for 10-15%. I'd expect this wouldn't be done for under 5 cents.

That would give AGY a MC over 30M with the new shares...so 10% of 30M is 3M.

BTW....take a fly fcuk guess at what 15% is...Yes we'd need more as it's US $ but for ONLY 15% (which is really nothing) We can pay for a good chuck of the option.
(Things aren't so bad as some think!)

As we were well over 4 cents...getting to 5-7 cent isn't a reach if we get a JORC....and/or the Lithium spot price increases and the lithium sector get's hot again.

For me...if you look at what's happening in the next 12+ months in the EV/battery/China space...you know investors are going to come running. It's just a fact...it's the future and it's coming.

We are just about to lose the explorer tag and we'll get the production tag and investors and Lithium customers will come to AGY first...and fast.
