I think that would be a conflict of interest.
Hopefully it will be someone with good experience in the area.
But you would expect Alurralde to be on the board of the new company AGY are farming into along with Menendez. Then Zuvela and the new AGY director could make up AGY's half.
But I'm just speculating. They will be busy between now and xmas for sure.
