I dont think we would have enough to make any difference unfortunately.
The Directors that hold shares will likely vote for eachother, and get them over the line. I also suspect that the recent placements would be friendly to the Directors, however i might be wrong.
Despite this I think the more people that do vote against, will clearly send a message to the Board that shareholders are not happy. Whether this will change their behaviour/practice who knows
