    For the Directors to take advantage of this they have to do a deal and then they have to exercise the opts.
    Then ,for them to sell ,I believe there would have to be a takeover for the stock as they would not be able to sell into the market. So who would be unhappy with a bid between 2 to 3 not many I presume !
