The free millions of options to MM and others set out in the Explanatory Memo to the Notice of AGM is lamentable and should be voted against. It is potentially a huge gift for what they are there to do as part of their every day roles without further reward. The trigger to the freebie of the simple licensing of Pericoach in the USA and Europe, any license whatever the commercial value to ALT (even $1) is a nonsense. Is it not an affront to shareholders?
