In addition, their disclosure practices are inherently flawed.
The announcement yesterday about the MTAA award was almost a month later than when the award was actually given. Why it takes them this long to convey that kind of news (positive) to the market is beyond me.
To me it indicates the lack of governance the board has in place.
In my opinion they don't deserve these benefits.
