re: Ann: Notice of General Meeting/Proxy Form... well it hard to say what Mercantile intend to do - my guess is wind up the company, which should yield a fair bit more than 4.2 cents, but my main concern would be an ambit claim by ?? as we have seen previously which could take up all remaining cash reserves.

they estimate the cost of listing at 620k pa which seems excessive to me.

TAX LOSSES; they have to pass the same business test i.e. resources, so it seems unlikely they will be investing again in that sector, so cant see value in the tax losses.

i dont know why they still hold 3 exploration licences costing 45k - time to flog off?
