From what I can tell you are a reasonable sized holder in MMX.
If the Buyback goes ahead I suggest you may want to hold out with a few other shareholders as Sir Ron's ability to takeover at an unfair price will be reduced.
I'm thinking Sir Ron know's this and is creating the cash to be able to take MMX private by getting smaller holders to sell at a discount to the cash backing.
I suggest if you and a few others get together and a rasonable chunk of shareholders sell the remaining shareholders will form a good blocking stake against Sir Ron and may drive a better longer term outcome.
I support the buyback as it will increase the NTA of shareholders that dont exit!
