Mathematically speaking the consolidation doesn't make a difference in the MC's of the company, it is normally done to allow the SP to fluctuate without impacting the MC materially and, unfortunately, it is an indication of a possible CR. I don't mind if they are bringing a "kick bum" acquisition that will justify the pain for holders but we will know it ex-post. Anyway there is no point in exiting at this stage but worries me that recent RTO's such as TWH and VIC, in my opinion, haven't been in the best interest of holders and both of them have come with consolidations.
