Question for everyone:
This big AGM vote is May 9th correct?
If the T/O panel ok's the R/I then the whole rights offering will be finished by Apr26th. (money in the bank so to speak.)
Let's say that a large % of shareholders take up the offering and PRC and APAC only see a small % increase.
Then everyone votes for APAC. Doesn't Mr.Ferguson then get board control with PRC efforts and money??
What am I missing?
