The AGM will be on Friday 13 May. On its agenda is the consideration of performance rights.
On 31 May there will be a General Meeting. It is required to approve the issue of additional shares to investors who contributed to the Capital Raising. This meeting is not concerned with the performance rights. In a way, it is a technical requirement to ratify actions that have already been committed.
The two meetings are separate and their business does not overlap
