They'll simply blame all the failures onto SK and delay everything as usual... IMO
I'd also expect to see a huge cash burn and no revenue in the next quarterly with all the legal bills and money they spend to keep AEE interested

And what's gonna happen to all those shares that SK holds? When they remove him as a director, he'll most likely dump them onto the market.
Looks like he's a sore loser too (transferring IT under his own name) so he'll do everything to destroy the company if removed...
