IP and IT systems is all this company has. Or had. It looks like the board have allowed Kantor to disenfranchise them of some of both.

Surely in the interests of full disclosure the Board should confirm whether or not the IP under dispute is relevant to ROAM-e? And whether Kantor's actions with the IT systems have affected the progress of ROAM-e?

Once again it demonstrates how unprofessional and amateurish this Co. is. This is probably why the website was down for few days.

I reckon the most important line of this Ann is: "We do however believe that it is unlikely to affect IOT Group’s operations going forward." Which translating from IOT language to english means that they have no idea what's happening and cannot provide any guidance.
