Quick look at that project seems close to same port peak will use to export through. Infrastructure to export will need to be same handling and operations and same ship too no doubt. Makes sense as an attractive opportunity for shenghe, considering looks like STA have a few issues of debt to sort through ( very quick read of Anc and posts...) so happy to be corrected
