No one said the low SP was solely related Shenghe! Did you read the media item I posted a link to? It is clear to me that they will control the timeline here. And by agreeing to this deal the way it is presented with virtually no safeguards for PEK, is simply ensuring shareholders continue to be subjugated to the interests of the global processing titan. If this is defeated, which I do not believe is going to happen, then our management and board could be obliged to pursue some deal that assures us of a sunset clause with penalties if development is not completed by the trigger date.
Who on here would sign a deal to allow a developer to borrow your land for a development without some meaningful safeguards that it will actually happen in your lifetime (so you will receive the benefits)? That is effectively what is happening imo. Meanwhile Shenghe maintains its business as usual while we languish.
