It will be very interesting to see what the Cap Raise price will be - since PSF/SYN will only change it the day before it goes into suspension, based on whatever the share price is on May 20th.
Another words, if share price is 5c on May 20th, PSF goes into suspension on May 23, they will give a small discount based on 5c!
For the newbies that haven't done this before, the dates are as follows...
22 Apr 2016 - NOM - CR = 50 Mil shares @ 2c (good luck getting any of these)
12 May 2016 - Prospectus - juicy revenues
Share price could do anything in here... my guess it up to 5c?
20 May 2016 - last trading day
23 May 2016 - suspended from trading - CR price determined based on current share price - my guess is a CR price of 3, 3.5, 4c (minimum CR price is 2c)
It will be very interesting to see what the Cap Raise price will...
