Gary Greenbaum and Rahul Agarwal will own 373,740,888 shares each after the re quotation of shares on the 17th of June. Untill then they do not own any shares in PSF.

They are putting a lot of work into making this happen.

They have also set themselves high targets to receive the performance shares Of 250,000,000 over the next 18 months. They would not do this if they did not have faith in there Syntonic Brand.

These shares will be worth nothing to them unless Syntonic performs as they will not be able to sell that many shares onto the open market. Think about it they will only make money out of these shares once dividends are flowing or if Syntonic gets taken over.

I am happy to hold my shares for the long term and am not worried if the shares drop in the short term as there is a lot of news coming our way that we don't know about as yet.

Gary and Rahul are not doing this for nothing.
