    As stated in general meeting Ann., If all resolutions are voted in favour, the generic 10-15% placement offer re-applies.
    That is, if another soph and or insto (be it Aussie or not) wishes to participate a propotional share in ptx, it's back on the cards...
    Just stating the facts.
