Depends on the issue price of these shares I guess.
If they are issued at 3cents then its bad. If they are issued at say 10cents then that would be great news.
Latest round placement and spp will add another 100m shares to the registry which will make it around 340m. If the partly paid shares are converted then its about 375m.
If another 100m is added then PWN fully diluted basis would be 475m shares.
I sense that people with a 3cents or below entry will be ok in the long term. For people who got in at 20cents in the IPO days in the years gone by ... you are in one hell of a struggle to just to break even.
