The SRN/HIN is your securityholder reference number or holder identification number. You will find it on the back of the green form up the top right hand corner under the barcode - prefixed with an 'X' or 'I'

Whilst I would suggest you put this on the white form (if that is the form you want to use), you also need to add your name and address as per the green form on the white form.

And yes flying roo, I feel having the white proxy where it is, is somewhat questionable. In my view, it should have been in exactly the same format as the green form and loose leaf, not buried away at the back of the notice of meeting

And still nothing announced about drilling commencing or even when it will commence. Just a joke
