Of course it's a startup. Facebook comparison? That's an exceptional case, not the norm. I've seen on the flip side companies take 15 years to build into a success. From where ZYB are now, I wouldn't expect them to become what you would deem a success for at least 2-3 years. Your time frames are out of whack from realism.
You made the SRO example. The fact is the share price 2 months later is the same as when the director bought shares. So your example doesn't really support your argument, it supports mine.
