GENERAL MEETING OF SHAREHOLDERS

Zyber Holdings Limited (ASX: ZYB) (‘Zyber’ or the ‘Company’) has today dispatched the attached Notice of General Meeting to shareholders.

Zyber notes the inclusion of a resolution seeking approval of a placement of up to $3 million is for the purpose of giving Zyber the flexibility to capitalise on any suitable acquisition opportunities which may be presented to the Company.

This resolution would also provide the Company the flexibility to issue shares, in accordance with the terms of the approval, for up to three months following the date of the meeting. The Company does not currently have the ability to issue shares under Listing Rule 7.1 (15% capacity) until 27 February 2018, unless the issue comes with an exception of Listing Rule 7.2.
