This is interesting indeed.

Resolution 1 MAK want shareholders to give Directors at their discretion the ability to allocate 40mil in new shares.

MY Translation- we have a company who wants an off take agreement and will become part owner of the company to fund the mine!

Resolution 4, Adoption of Proportional takeover clause. So if a company held 10% or more of the company and want a Proportional takeover this must be voted on by the shareholders.

MY Translation- The company wants in big time but we don't trust them 100%, we have put our lives into MAK and we are not about to lose control!

(E) Knowledge of any acquisition proposals:
The board is not in a position to point to any special matters.

MY Translation- we would love to advise our shareholders but legalities stop this for now. They haven't said they have not been approached which would be the normal line. They are saying we are not in the position to!

I always look on the bright side of life, this is my take on the announcement.
