I totally agree. This will be my 4th AGM having first bought in around July 07 in the 60-65c range. Clearly the increase in share price over the past four years has not met my expectations. In my view management has consistently under delivered and I will be voting against any additional rewards.
I also see a problem with corporate governance in that management is over represented on the board. I my view the position of "Managing Director" should not exist and to have two management representatives on the board is excessive. Therefore I will also be voting against re-electing Peter Lansom
