They should of used 36c at minimum to work out the exercise price of the options now being proposed, rather than the 32c that were used for the calculations. Sends a bad message; it's as good as saying, whoopsies the share price fell since the IPO, but oh goodies bigger rewards for us - it incentivizes the company to perform badly till the options are issued. Not happy, either they reset the exercise price to 40c at least or I'm going to be ANGRY!!!! RAWRRR Fear the lion in me!!!
