Is this an annual general meeting? The documents I have received state this is an Extraordinary General Meeting. I do not not understand why we have to go to all this expense to hold an EGM to issue new director options, plus a couple of other issues. Could all these matters have been held back until the next AGM. This is EXTRAORDINARY
