In my earlier statement I mentioned that I would be voting against the performance rights to the employees of Cbio. Of course that statement extends to the approval for the issue of performance rights to the directors as well!!!.I notice that Yates (CEO) has not invested any "hurt money" into Cbio at all HOWEVER has 2,000,000 options and Grieg has 1,000,000 options as well as 60,000 shares.Jones was one of the original shareholders and has 2,108,749 shares as well as 300,000 options. I noticed that Jones previously sold some of his options to Dr Monsour (Deputy Chairman several years ago) so in my mind Jones is trying to "double dip" and get those options back at no cost!!! - arragent as...le -. No wonder he instigated the resignation of one of the directors- I know for a fact that that director would not have allowed this "gravey train" to get this far.I think everyone will be hearing much much more about all of this- keep a look out.
