    i've justs re-read this myself. Just to confirm; The CEO and the Chairman will issue themselves a $2mil performance bonus if the price gets back to the original listing price. ($1)
    How can this possibly be classed as performance?

    They should hope that some exceptional news comes out before the 15th July because i'm sure i won't be the only one voting against a few of these resolutions.
