agreed, I don't think i'll be voting for the CEO and Chairman's fill unless there is some pretty good news prior to the 15th. From memory the CEO has never dipped into his $250k + pay check to buy even a single share.
On the flip side, Steven Jones is no dummy and i think he would understand all too well what the reaction will be if Phase 2 results are average and SP is where it is on the 15th of July. I suspect that they know some pretty good news is about to drop to soften this announcement by the 15th July. I can't see any other justification for such bold excess. Even then, a $1 target price still offends me as an investor who has purchased in pre-listing capital raisings @ up to $5.
