    They have to take the market cap from current $80m to $200m and $300m to earn those rights otherwise they forfeit them again. If they can make us all a 300% to 400% profit from here then happy to give them a bonus. And if they don't then it doesn't cost us anything (other than a few grey hairs). Would rather dangle a big carrot as it will make them more pro-active and get us some faster action. Hopefully they've learnt from experience that it isn't easy money and they will have to work for it.
