    I didn't get an entitlements offer. Only a voting proxy form.

    I will be voting NO on all counts, and hoping that the CR fails.

    Let them sell off company assets and even if they only recover half NTA, existing shareholders will get 15c per share.

    If the CR is successful those same shares will only be worth 5.5c, if you're lucky.
