My views on the latest announcement at mixed ....

First, I find it a little alarming that virtually all office holders of OUR company can jump ship ..... to have their positions filled by unknown people all at once. What makes these people abandon their positions ....... are they paid to go?

Mr Bontempo does appear to bring some credibility to OUR company .... but .... How can he apply to be "Re-elected" ..... when shareholders asked to re-elect him ...... didn't elect him in the first place?

Either way, I hope he does a better job that the last crew.

Lastly, I am disappointed for all long suffering smaller shareholders of OUR company who will not be given a chance to participate in the 0.001 share placement so they can average down their own holdings.

The deal may be a good deal ..... but for who???
