Interesting clarification of the terms of the note. If the conversion price is below 0.2c then intermoco have the right not to exercise the the sharea but to repay the money. This is very different to how it was initally indicated.
This clarifies intermoco's "discretion", looks like they can issue at any 85% of vwap price now. This should be a huge warning sign if there is a consolidation.
