David OB nice to see you post. They did have a very expensive CFO before - his initials are SM he resigned on 30 June 2011 before Mr B H came in. Are we to assume that SM was not able to provide this information or did the powers that be not want to listen or to give this to the shareholders. I had never before heard the name mentioned of MR SM. Refer page 20 of recent AFS his name appears there and elsewhere.

Anyway - I hope you guys can gain something from all my research - I had hoped to want to invest after all of this - tough it never always works out.

What I also don't get is what a major shareholder gets from a relationship with La Jolla who seems to depress sp and has a lot of detractors who think that they are not in the interests of the shareholders - Dont get it.
