CB, if you think back to the underwritten SPP a year or so ago, when SP dropped below is asking price, Patterson pulled the plug and the SPP was abandoned. No one knew of the specific clause until it happened. The reason, dare i say the truth, no one exactly knows the true structure of fees with any of these guys.

I an no legal brain, but the arguments you and the troops are putting up against every word the board utters is beginning to defy logic.

Think you guys need to leave politics to politicians, and get back to talking about the company and its activities.
