    I am sorry, "structure of fees " is totally different to a penalty clause that has to be paid to the investors, two totally different things.

    The former is commercial in confifence the later is something that affects the sp paid for each share and under the listing rules "Continuious disclosure " should have been said on 4th April 2012.
